Hello I am Nadya, This is my journey of finding Grace.

I love books (romance please), coffee, practicing and teaching yoga, ballet, working out, being on my SUP (stand up paddle board) traveling the world with my husband, my children and grandchildren, plant based nutrition, healthy living and Jesus. ( not in order of relevance)

My kids are my Joy and watching them be adults makes a mom proud. My grandkids are my “Why” why I want to be physically and mentally fit. I plan to be out on my SUP or jumping rocks across a river running down a beach until I’m very old. Speaking of old I hit the ½ way mark, that is if you live to be 100. I made a goal 7 years ago that by the time I turned 50 I wanted to be in the best shape I have ever been. Well here I am 50 and fit.

I love wearing yoga clothes, my daughter says im addicted to shopping. Yes I should join shopaholic anonymous. But I must buy those yoga pants “its for work.” “Its retail therapy” I actually love the idea of being minimal except for yoga clothes or clothes in general.

I AM HERE TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE THE HEALTHIEST YOU CAN BE. WITH YEARS OF LISTENING TO MY BODY AND TONS OF READING I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HEAL MY BODY THROUGH YOGA AND THROUGH CLEAN EATING AND NOW TO PLANT-BASED EATING.

Though I am an advocate for Plant-based living, I do know a thing or two about eating animals.

Yoga is my game though I use other forms of movement to create a toned body.

Dance- Ballet to be exact is a love hate relationship. The saying “Barre so Hard” um wait tell you come to center. Finding Grace in this ungraceful body is going to happen.

Come along for the ride if you would like. Follow me on Instagram @balanceoneyoga, read my blog, post comments, take yoga and barre classes with me or just ask questions about achieving a balanced healthy lifestyle.

I look forward to spending time with you.
